the one that worked for me was last option 7, but it COMPLETELY erased everything, and i have to start all over again but i dont want too, i wanna get all my data n stuff back can anyone please care to explain how to solve this other issue?

For those of you not getting the menu of options unfortunately If you can’t update with a pc your only optipn is to press the power button twice it’ll bring you to this menu you see on here & you’ll need to initialize your ps4:( I tried everything & that was the only thing that saved my ps4 but I lost all my data

Mine was on safe mood everytime i turn it on and i installed the reinstallation file, but after the update whenever i turn off the ps4, it goes to safe mofe again over and over, i got tired of doing it
