can someone help me out i have tested options 1-5 and when the ps4 restarts my tv stays on a black screen and the blue lights keeps lighting up and dimming down i have tested the HDMI cable on other devices and it works fine i tried a new HDMI cable and still nothing i tried on a new tv and still nothing

With mine I don’t even have access to any other option but reinstall system software but it says usb device not connected but the usb has the files on it and the software update and nothing works

I had this same problem,I chose 6 because none of the other ones worked,All I had to do was put in my account information and everything was back to normal,you do have to download all your games and know the password and information for them,hope this helps

I used the USB, the console says that it doesn’t find the update, and the ps4 restarts There is no display and the light is blue on the console, does this mean that the ps4 is reading the usb? (Also the usb is on)
