❤Im right hand for everything except guitar i dont know why i can ONLY can play left because i think the right hand its my best hand só go to chords the left its ritmo but my guitar its not for left só its a big messe the bottons are up biten my arm and the guitar always wont to Turn out when i use the belt and whit the pick i play not up and down i play down first dont know why your video its good for me to try thanks kises from Portugal

You tend to tuck your pinky unless you really have to stretch I noticed Andy James does the same in his metal crash course I'm just wondering if there is a practical reason why some do it that way and others use the pinky Preference, utility, or finger strength?

I just wanted to say thank you I feel like this is what I have been missing I've been playing for about 15 years and to be honest I suck To a non player I am sure I sound like a pro but i have zero improv I skipped a lot of the basics so I could sound cool lol 15 years later struggling to find my groove I feel like this video was it these simple tricks and patterns really helped me find my groove and travel up and down the fretboard brThank you so much <3

I just recently in my guitar playing journey started to alternate pick with decent speed What got me there was how I held the pick at a downward angle with only the front edge tip of the pick making contact with the strings I also tried to limit my economy of motion Smaller compact pick strokes Made a world of difference
