I'm trying this workout for 4 weeksbrbrDay 1: OH MY GOD IVE NEVER FELT SO MUCH BURN IN MY LIFE MY LEGS ARE STILL SHAKING My upper body was good but my legs were on fire it burned so much brDay 2: so I did it this morning when i got up I still struggled a bit AND IT STILL BURNED but not as bad as it did cause first it was it my hips but today it was worse in my legs But not as bad as it hurts yesterday IM GONNA KEEP FIGHTING THO!brbrDay 3: So today it didn't hurt that much besides the last two leg workouts I THINK IM GETTING USE TO IT! the problem is I'm not seeing much result yet but I'm not worried cause it's only day 3 and I'm doing it for 4 weeks 😫 brbrDay 4: I did it a little later today and I have no idea why it says I made this 2 days ago but anyways, It didn't hurt that much today which I am proud of its just the last to leg exercises that get me tbh like all I can say is that I will keep pushing I haven't seen any change yet but I haven't measured myself yet either For anyone that's watching this just keep pushing! Im hoping it works tho but this is only week one 🤧brbrDay 5: it was pretty good today I still don't see results but my stomach is getting flatter and that because I also do Chloe ting but I'm still working! brbrDay 6: ima be honest I didn't do it today thats all I got to say and haply father's day to the ones out there!

im going to progress this everyday to help others <333brDay 1 ) pretty easy for the most part, this is actually the only workout i didnt quit on and i feel the burnbrDay 2 ) Lot easier, it wasn't that bad that daybrDay 3 ) I see a lot of progress, and although im not doing a slim waist workout I see my waist getting thinnerbrDay 4 ) lot easier can fully do it correct I see my but getting bigger as wellbrDay 5 ) I remember to do this workout everyday and I don't see a lot of results in my side right now, it's definitely showing but not full yetbrDay 6 ) see lots and lots of progress Im ending it here thank you so much please try this tho!
