I just realized I do them like this since pull up one, when I started training pull ups 4-5 months ago I couldn’t do one, it felt so weird Now I love them and can easily do three sets of 12/11/10

it is so easy for a person who has no or less than 5 of body fat to perform pull up i have 30 of body fat and still make a couple pull ups i'd love to see you do pull ups with additional 35 kgs on your shoulders

This is great information !!!brHowever, i feel that there is a lot of confusion about pull-ups because of this reason brIf you go into most gyms there are assisted pull-up, dip machines brIf you attempt a ( straight pull-up ) on these machines without the assist there is not enough room for your lower body to swing out into a flexed ( anterior chain ) 25 degree swing out position br There-fore you are forced into a bad pull-up position
