This was very helpful Thank you One word of advice is that your outfit was too bright and baggy I could not see your leg posture at all when you were still or moved The red colour had a veiling effect Wear something tighter and more neutral colour Your advice is super, especially for the senior person

Discovered your videos and decided to try a couple out as I have moved to the overweight scale from a size 0 My diet has always been balanced and good but work stress seems to have pushed me into weight gain I have abandoned all other exercises as they have not helped me Hope this will do the trick Especially as these can be done as I watch TV too Will update in a couple of months with the result
