Funny thing is that I stand a lot when teaching and walk my dogs every other evening, but because I tend to leave my phone on the table while walking around a house, often from basement to ground and first floor, it probably does not count in the extra steps I do when not on the phone/with it in my pocket

I was walking 8 miles a day, 4 mph during summer and I’m the winter I did that 8 mile walk in an hour in a half (you do the math I’m to lazy) but I lost no weight during that time and that stretched for about 4 years sooo yeah this ain’t ganna work for me atleast

Walking is fine if you're heavy or have injuries otherwise doing sprints is the best way there's a doctor out there that has a whole thing about that I do walk between my hit Sprint's and what I do get an injury I end up just walking or taking the bicycle but that's probably the best way to do it
