I tried another video before this one, that one didn't mention at all that starting from the palm rests was an option, and ended up being what I needed to crack my controller open unfortunately I don't have the soldering items/experience needed to replace the joysticks, but cleaning them out at least helped the drifting issue into a barely noticable move left rather than a whole spin of the camera, much easier to deal with

Please i really need help I accidentally took off the blue part AT the tip of this cord 10:35 and it came off really easy somehow but I don’t know if it’s unfixble or maybe I can add some glue on it cuz I didn’t see any cords that was keeping in tact the tip of that cord on top so maybe I should add some glue on it?

hello I see u used flux so I have it but its color is not all white and it is in a jar not a tube so should I use it and instead of a heat gun can I use hair dryer because i have to do it fast in like 1 or 2 days

my L2 stick makes my r stick do thisbralso L stick is that box with a crosshair that moves the R stick is what you looking at the z axis and rotation is your r stick while the x and y rotation is your L and R2 buttonsbrif you want to see this in action i suggest you try DS4

Can i just say, iso alcohol tends to wear down the metal conductors in the springs There wasn't residue btw Thats the white from rubbing and wearing The nodes need replacing every 7 months on average IF u play first person shooters alotbrbrIf u see the new ps5 controllers have interchangeable nodes now, i saw it yesterday announced, lul, they know we burning those parts fast af

Thanks this helps but people telling me to put different liquid in there broke the ps button but of a pain but think I have to buy a new one now but have a few spare buttons like the d-pad the joy sticks the option menues the touch pad and the 4 buttons on the right I'm thinking of selling them for about 10p - 30p as spare parts to put towards a new controller but once again thanks!
