I tapped out at 6:30 so perhaps you addressed this issue later in the video, but muscles need to recover in order to get stronger, so doing the same thing 30 days in a row is generally not a good idea Nor will it efficiently increase maximum reps Far better to go every other day If you can, think in terms of the long term, don't worry about maximum reps, think about the next decades of your life, work out accordingly No one ever changed the world in 30 days

I was doing 90 pushups a day , on 3 different types and now , 'im doing 150 pushups everyday on the same 3 types, except now it's 2 types to failure and one normal (60 reps to failure (one type) 30 normal (another type) and again 60 reps to failure (third type)on a regular basis
