Wondering if you could do an episode addressing if there is a possibility in bitcoin mining centralization as the competition gets more intense and it might be sensible for miners to get together and form a small number of mining pools? Also could that have any effect on influencing nodes and developers in the community? And from my understanding, some major miners are known entity which may have some investors, could they be any intervention from those investors on them to do what the investors wanted? Thank you in advance!

Thanks for the great video, but I disagree that sending more transactions does not use more energy, here is my why:brbrmore transactions -> higher BTC price, transaction fees, and miners' reward -> more incentive for mining and energy consumptionbrbrTherefore, more transactions -> higher energy consumptionbrbrDo you have an estimate of how much energy will the mining industry consume if BTC is worth millions and replaces the fiat system?

Isn't it a little utopian to say you wouldn't need to be dropping bombs to protect your currency? If BTC was the standard and the US was smart enough to fully embrace it so it had the largest inflows and holding how would that change protecting democracy, trade, global shipping routes, and stopping invasions by China and Russia?
