I'm 30 and I started doing push-ups on november 22, 2021 starting with 5 every morning because I had no good physical shape and potential risk of having heart attacks Adding 5 more to my routine every 20 days Now on june 20, 2022 I do 60 push-ups every morning, 1:30 mins of plank, 40 jumping jacks and 20 squats It takes me around 8 minutes to complete Super proud and still going!
