Seems rather vague And not an easy thing to find out about someone unless you’re already in too deep You didn’t mention any of the more common traits, or diagnostic criteria I’d say lack of empathy, pathological lying, manipulative behaviour, sense of entitlement, victim mentality, disrespect of boundaries - all pretty reliable signs
