Also if you relate to the narcissist experience on all these things, it doesn't mean you're automatically a narcissist, i've just never met a narcissist who doesn't relate to all of them

Now and again I worry if I'm one I do think a bit hierarchly as in "This person is a nicer person than that one" or even "Well I'm better than so and so, I'm more thoughtful than them" I don't tend to express these things much but it is how I think sometimes That said, I don't always consider myself the best, sometimes it's "I'm equal to this person" or "Nah, they are a better person than me because XYZ" and I'll admire that person and want to be more like them

Genuine question: how do you create this hierarchy? I know ky ex was a narcissist but i couldn't understand why he put his ex wife on a pedestal I loved him so much but he was obsessed with this woman, maybe it drove him insane that he couldn't get this woman It always confuses me

Damn I'm too emotional and giving i guess To a fault I hurt myself over people who couldn't give a fuck about me and this is a repeating pattern I want to be in a healthy give and take, balanced relationship But a lot of dudes don't seem to give a shit about feelings at all anyway
