i’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks now and i can say i see some results :) they’re not huge but the results are mainly in how i feel, i can rlly feel the difference i’m sure if i keep up with this for a few more months i’ll see major results!! reminder that even tho it’s intimidating that u may not see results fast, consistency is key!!! weather or not you continue to workout, you’re going to be in the same place in a few months only difference being you looking the same as u do now and complaining abt it, or actually doing somthing abt it and havjng ur results Comment from : maddie |
