I definitely feel the burn, but it’s greatbrDay 2: A little bit sore today, so it was harder to do the workout I was able to add a resistance band anyways!brDay 3: Traveling- didn’t have timebrDay 4: still a little bit sore, but still using resistance bandsbrDay 5: was a tad easier than yesterdaybrDay 6: not that much different from yesterday, although a little bit more confidentbrDay 7: A little easier still, and I feel like I’m seeing a difference?? brDay 8: I feel like I really am seeing a difference by nowbrDay 9: It’s waaaay easier to do now!! Gonna do this for two weeks (hope I don't end up disappointing)brbrDay 1:✅️ And also some advice To grow glutes u need to eat in a caloric surplus so try and eat alot of protein and NOT foods that will make u gain fat in the belly area brDay 2:✅️ for some reason it hurt more today than yesterday Maybe because of the pain yesterdays workout gave me 😅brDay 3:✅️ too tired to comment(I did a muffin top workout before this)brDay 4:✅️ decided to do this workout first so I'm not as tired as yesterday Can't believe I made it this far!!!!
