In the video, it looks like you just got stronger, rather than skinnier, but when I make progress with weighted pull-ups, it's usually just due to weight loss, so all I'm really doing is replacing fat with iron! That's quite impressive I noticed you started with a weight that allowed you to do 4-5 reps I have also found that doing most of my pullups in that range allowed me to progress (weights adjusted to allow that level of reps) I started with being able to do 3 and am up to 13 after 2 months Target 30 pullups by year end Thx for the motivation and some unique techniques Comment from : Chai Xiong |
