Suffering with menstrual cramps many years I tried hot and warm drinks for a month and it reduces my menstrual cramps I'm just happy ☺️ so no cold drinks anymore

I used to have irregular periods, sometimes I didn't have them for a year, and basically no symptoms except a bit of iron deficiency in my teen years up until like age 22 I was like this is actually not that bad Now these last few years it literally feels like I'm having menopause with chills/sweats, aches, sick feeling, nausea, always feeling I have to go pee and bad mood swings Not to mention the cramps I blame it all on stress, ironically it's regular now
