I didn’t know this I used to just breath through my nose and that helped my stamina a lot I was running for 20 to 30 mins straight but than one of my friend told me to breath through my mouth and that was my mistake and I never improved after that so here I am learning how to increase it back haha brbrThank you

I've looked for, but never found anything dealing with VO2 max / Lactate threshold and Exercise Induced Asthma I learned as a kid that if I left it alone, my asthma left me alone But now that I'm pushing 50 and trying to get fit, I find myself grappling with it again There is basically no running speed which doesn't trigger bronchiospasm, but walking takes too long to get a good sweat Rowing, I can pretty much row to exhaustion as long as I stay below a 2:30 split I'd like to improve those numbers and suspect VO2 max is what I need to improve, but asthma puts a damper on any real high intensity workout I'd love to see someone deal with getting into better shape when dealing with EIB

Can’t Out exercise a bad diet ? What does he mean by that ? There are ppl I work with that eat anything they want but run sub 18 min 3 milesif you are burning the calories you consume doesn’t that mean you are outworking a bad diet ? Or does he mean eating bad limits performance and hinders progression?

I've always used Aerobic exercise method as it allows me to keep my exercise for longer period of time There are so many factors to consider when it is about Endurance and Stamina ! I never had idea about so many things Learned a lot from you already

I stopped working out after an accident, and my muscles now I get lots of knots I'm always having muscle spasms and feeling horrible the PT and therapist told me to go back into working my core I wonder if this will help me to start all over again Thanks for sharing the knowledge!

Thank you for this helpful video! I've always had problems with my endurance level and this is the first video I found that offers great solutions! Everything was explained very well and all backed by science I also didn't realize there was a formal measurement for endurance My VO2 Max levels are on the "Low" range now, but after I start your recommended workout programs, I'm sure I can get myself to the "Good" range Thanks for the motivation to do this!
