Thank you for this information I have bipolar and have had episodes of psychosis through my 20s Now that I am 37 I have started to feel the impact of my illness and wondering if I can continue to sustain working Everyday stress is really difficult to handle A couple days ago I realised I am experiencing early psychotic symptoms that have been so distressing This video helped me understand that now is the time to get to my doctor

I’m here because I think neighbours and family on my street are plotting against me and talking about me and watching me all the time I don’t like to even shower or change in my own home every noise I hear or ppl coming are going are plotting against me or hiding stuff in my home or garden and coming in my house wen I out Have access to my phone and alsorts I’m finding it hard to cope with everything atm so this will be good to listen to This has been happening a lot worse in the last few years but have had some symptoms for about 6 roughly it’s all started with paranoia with my partner and got worse and worse Any help or kind information and comments would help please but know this is hard for me

I do have some questions I have a daughter who believes that she is not my daughter, that she has a medial condition that is life threatening, such as she states that she has pancreatic cancer, have had a liver transplant, and she is telling others that I kidnapped her at the age of 4 and I adopted her because her parents were killed in a car accident She also believes that her children of which were removed by Child Services ( Due to substance and alcohol abuse ) She was high into Meth, Acid and other drugs for many years ( She states that she had never been arrested and that she never drank or did drugs) I am confused on what she actually has going on I cannot get her help because she is over 18 She does not recognize having a problem Remember she states also that my blood does not run through her veins and that none of my family are related to her PLEASE HELP ME I have one other thing to ask What if the person does not realize that they are inflicting harm to themselves, but believe what they do is for the good, such as eating or ingesting something that is in fact toxic to consume?
