I do about 15-20 when I start my workout I'm a month and half into my fitness journey I started with knee push ups, now can do 15-20clean its a struggle But I'mma try this thanks

I have been stuck on 40 reps of fingertip pushups with strict formbrTried taking a week off, and adding a rest day between pushups with no gainsbrI'm now switching it up and doing harder versions of different pushups like declined(feet on bench) wide and diamond pushups Hoping the increased intensity but lower reps will get me out of this plateau

Dude ain’t lying When I was in high school, I couldn’t do more than five real push ups and was embarrassed at my rotc PT test I worked all semester on it and got up to 60 clean push ups all by doing what he’s saying brSame thing with pull ups I couldn’t do one and got up to 15 by the end of the semester
