I only use heat when I go to my hairstylist to get my hair washed I never heard of doing daily hair scalp massage, but I'm gonna try that My hair is just naturally thick & long I usually put coconut oil in my hair & it grows like crazy Great video of giving tips!!

As a 42 year old woman who's physically challenged and also an insulin dependent & anemic type 1 diabetic who has to take iron pills once a day Everyday I've watched a lot of these videos and I've gained a few tips like daily water intake,eating healthy,exercising on our treadmill whenever my mom is able to help me get on & off of it moisturizing my scalp when necessary & being patient so does anyone in the comments section have any other helpful tips for me?

And most of what she said is true I have tried more fresh organic vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fruits etc, drink plenty water daily, massage my scalp more regularly during the day and I have been exercising 6 days a week and my hair has improved and grew alot within a 2 month period brYou might be surprised yourself if you tried these tips
