my best was 50 proper press up in one set im same weigth as that guy but when i started 1 month ago i could do only 25 press ups and not with proper form now i can do 50 proper presss ups in one go but thats some times most times i just do between 35 to 46 press up per set Comment from : kazi rahman |

I had similar experiences I had a motorcycle accident and tore my wrist tendon After the surgery, It was really difficult for me to even do 1 push up But year had pass and I could do 10-15 at a time (although my wrist still hurts after doing it) Great video and motivation to anyone who think they couldn't do it Comment from : paku |
