I’m glad to see so many results from sit-ups bc a lot of “experts/gurus” are saying Carrie’s are better and targeting doesn’t work but I remember getting crazy results when I use to do sit-ups and clearly blots if others too… I’m looking for a simple thing to add on in addition to workouts on my breaks and before bed, I’ll be adding this Thanks!
