It is Nice with Home training And there are so many possibilitys I use to Set a movie or a episode of a Series on while training It g’ets hardcore when the movie lasts allmost 2 hours🤣🤣 An episode of a Series lasts 45-50 minutes And fin something that inspires the training you are doing 😂 It is WERY effectfull when training like that You Can do maney sets, reps, and go allbody activation or just parts Just never skip leg Day 🤣🤣brNice inspiration from your video Comment from : Jesper Petersen |
