A good way to make this a bit more effective in my opinion is to do this with a bench (if you have one), as you get a better stretch and range of motion

nice i recently had some weightloss surgery and bought some bells, wasn;'t sure were to start with chest so this is helpfull to build up some confiidence and strength before using a gym one question when do you know when to increase the weight just starting with 25 each dumbell as i have never used weights and need to goe easy as im recovering Thanks 💪
