Before 3 years my weight was 67 kg brAnd I was starting this workout and i lose around 10 kg in a year and halfbrNowadays i had alot of works that stress me so much brI started my bad habits again and I gained 23 kg in one year😢brMy weight now is 805kg i hate myself so much and i can’t look at myself in the mirror brYesterday i started to do this workout again and i hope my energy comeback to me brWish me luck guys to lose 23 kg 🙏🏻

I love that this video is focussing on cardio workout and it works great with me as I was monitoring my heart rates during the exercise and it was mainly landing on cardio zone I tried some other cardio videos on other channels and most of them have difficult moves or require pretty strong muscle strength, so I ended up too fatigue to continue while my heart rate didn't reach cardio zone at all So this video is going to be my routine from now on

I've used this off and on for years, and while I love it so much, it trips me out how many ads play through it now! I had 3 ads per cycle, which is new It threw a wrench in, for sure Ah well

Finally found the 30 minute cardio I’ve been looking for Love that the exercises can be tailored as needed I slowed a few down to maintain form and also paused it during the 30 second rests to take 2 minute rests while walking This is the first video I’ve made it through! You really feel like you’re right there with them and he’s really encouraging

I am not going to follow your workouts anymore Seeing Daniel ditch the exercise at the end (twice now that you've done this) makes me lose confidence in his leadership The exercises weren't that difficult (I'm 55years old)

يالله كل مره ارجع اسوي فيها ذا التمارين لازم عضلات جسمي وخاصةً ظهري توجعني رغم اني مسويه التمارين صح 100٪؜100 ماشاء الله ومافي اصابات لكن الشد العضلي اللي يصير بالجسم بعده كأنك كنت تسبح بمسبح 10 ساعات 🥵🔥🔥🔥

I love how your videos are always challenging for me to keep up, but in a good way Some workout channels just felt like straight torture and not fun (I'm overweight) bc it keeps using the same muscle group over and over again and made me want to give up 5 minutes in 😂 brbrBut your workouts, for example, after doing some legs, you'd do upper body or arm, etc before we have to do legs again I love it, it gives my muscle a break and didn't strain much so I can do that legs again properly!! 👍👍

🙏شكرا لكم 🇸🇦brهذا التمرين استمريت عليه شهر brنقصت ١٠ كيلو ولكن في الملابس نقص هائل كنت البس XL وبعد الشهر البس S برغم وزني ٥٦ كان جسمي رشيق جدا ومنسق brوالان ارجع مره ثاني brلي اسبوع وفرق جسمي جدا ❤️👍brوزني الان ٦٧ والهدف القياس وليسه الميزان الهدف ٥٥ 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
