Sorry guys it'll take more than 3 weeks to get that, not even the guy doing the workouts has the muscles of the before picture Look up steroid affects, huge veins and bigger muscles in a short period Never listen to influences and NEVER take steroids I am a REGULAR body builder its my full time job and I can say working out 4 hours a day TENSE 4 days a week will not get you that in 3 weeks You should be working out all areas of your arms to get an all around bulk Making the same muscles burn for 3 weeks in a row will set your other muscles behind Tell me once you can do 100 push-ups In a row doing the same workout for 3 weeks straight or switching up the different muscles you need for arm strength 👌🤏 Comment from : sas-squash |
