On top of those i also do cheat curls to use both heads of the bicep at their strongest position and eccenticly overloading them and i also do reverse curls for braichioradialis which is a elbow squeezer muscle found in forearm

Is there a reason why you leave so much space under your arm for the preachers? Using a lot of front delts The point is to rest your whole arm on the pad so you dont have to keep your arms from moving yourself

Never go heavy on a preacher curl Your elbows are interlocked against the equipment and going heavy can cause the bicep tendon to tear off or lead to elbow or shoulder joint injury Be safe and happy pumping
