I think I’ve been a minimalist for while I’ve always been organised and kept my attachments to things small to make organising easier Only having a few clothes, no financial debt and no demands on my time I’m 36 now and have so few things But I haven’t gone as far as getting rid of my phone lol or the few items I keep for the memories I definitely agree that it’s a very good way to have more money

To me, minimalism is how I reduce my possessions only to what I need and love, condense my house to support my family and philosophy, maintain my mental health (and reduce the harm technology addiction has on me while still reaping the benefits of technology), and make my life worth living Oh, and it’s a great way to be frugal! Minimalism in all its forms is a great tool to help people discover what has true meaning in their lives That and it breaks capitalism, which I am very glad to see Capitalism and consumerism are disgustingly broken and irresponsible systems

I want to life like this Im sick of the clutter but my husband loves his stuff I've down sized my stuff but when it comes to the kitchen my husband had a fit and it didn't happen I can't get him on board He would be a pack rat and hoarder if I let him He wants to save every plastic bag that comes in this house and has junk papers and clothing from the 80's and 90's and we fuss if I even talk about him parting with it Im like if you are a pack rat you will get rats in your home and I flat refuse to live like that Its Nasty!!! How do I get him on board???

Minimalism is adding so much focus and richness to all areas of my life It definitely has been a journey of many small decluttering sessions One trip to the charity thrift store at a time These layers of decluttering sessions to what is needed to do my life purpose are adding up and gaining momentum making it easier to make decisions : )brI cheer you on whoever you are I know it seems overwhelming to start But just start, one drawer or category at a time Trust the process and the results will come
