This was giving me chills at points I was relating so much I have a huge addiction to window shopping because I'm broke It might sound weird, but it takes up my mind and my time and gives me anxiety thinking about the next thing I want to buy when I have the money for it, and worrying about getting the money for it I want the peace that comes with not letting money control my life and my thoughts anymore As long as I can pay my bills and eat, I want to be content and happy with that

I was so obsessed with investing and cryptocurrencies that it became an addiction It started to conflict with my values and belief system I don't know why I even started as I had everything I ever needed This society really pushes us to acquire us more wealth, earn more, win more, have more We are becoming so delusional and our society reminds us that we lack something! It takes strong character to distance ourselves from wanting more and desiring less in this crazy world

Oo wow great by the way i am a 16 year indian student want to know about bminimalism/b so i was surfing and find your video according to u minimalism is the best way to enlight and sustain your life for the better future by avoiding or ignoring every luxurious stuffs and live a life simply but what about your mind your heart sometimes it cant be controlled like the tasty food you saw in restaurant the trip you want to enjoy the celebrity though which u want to be like that in look and more and more how can u live a life like a monk its great experience to be like minimalism but how would you start it in india it is very difficult for me a 16 year guy according to you should i start to be like minimalism i am also a student
