Yes!! I’m 117 pounds but 5’3 and just had my baby a year ago I work out daily every morning and have a 4 pack! I eat eggs and a spinach salad every afternoon and try to not eat sugar at all if possible, minus the 2-4g in the keto chocolates I eat meat for dinner and try to eat lower carb, under 60g daily I’ve never felt so fit and amazing I have two kids and I’m 30! I'm pregnant and when I hit the second trimester my doctor told me I wasn't gaining weight fast enough and I needed to start eating 1,200-1,300 calories a day to gain the pregnancy weight that I needed, around the same time my husband was trying to lose some weight and he was also recommended a 1,200 calories a day diet short term which helped him drop 20lb in a little over a month there's not a calorie number that is going to work for everyone you have to learn what your body needs for your goals Comment from : @rutabaga387 |
