The chart at 4:13 chart is misleading and irresponsible Women need to have over 20 body fat in order to regularly menstruate So it's not high, but absolutely normal and necessary for a woman's bone and hormonal health A body fat of less than 20 is 'average' only for professional women athletes For most women such a number will lead to irregular periods that will compromise long term bone health Comment from : @ondine217 |

One of the reasons for skinny fat body type can be insulin resistance This is medical condition that can be reversed but requires specific type of diet There is a way to remove excess fat from such body (seen in this video) but it will not solve medical problem First thing to do for Skinny fat people is to determine if they have insulin resistance and , depending on result, make plan how to change body type Comment from : @vlax12 |

BRO, I DID EVERY THING WRONG I ate at a 1000 calorie defecit, and ran 4-5 miles daily, instead of getting a physique like zyzz, i ended up in the hospital labeled anorexic Now after a year of recovering and getting back to healthy weight, im skinny fat because I lost ALL my muscle during the HUGE cut I'm gonna do things right this time, focus more on lifitng weights, do lighter cardio, and make sure to get addecute protien Comment from : @aspect4993 |

I'm not a beginner, I've been training for about a year and a half I've went from 115 to 150 lbs (I'm 5'8") so I've already done all the work in gaining muscle mass But even when I was skinny and to now, I've had problems with my lower belly and love handles I have a 4 pack at the top but it's fat on the rest of my stomach I'm at 14 body fat trying to drop to about 11 but just can't seem to get there I eat 120gs of protein a day, about 2400 calories, I do some cardio and push pull legs split I'm sure that 3 that I'm trying to drop is entirely made up of just my lower stomach What do I need to do?
