Kinda wish you did 4 mins a day, but great job nontheless! You can clearly see improvement, drinken and eating alot of proteïn with less sugar will also do the job with this training I started gym again and take 120-160 grams of proteïn everyday without training my belly I already start to see my abs just by drinking proteïne now I’m gonna start doing plank everyday starting with 4min a day in sets of 1min Comment from : RapidWolf |

Did this for a whole month, and it kept painfull (i'm 19, 1,80, 18 BF [When i started] now 16 BF [Still kept in the gym and making some cardio] and 41 of muscular mass) it seems as a very good excersive even i got the ''V'' in the abs and more pronnunceable abs in the lapse [Was doing a 100 abs workout for the whole month too] so i think it was worth it Now it will replace this excersise for some focused in obliques Comment from : Mariano Del Campo |
