Very interesting I am doing modified push-ups as I cannot put weight on my knees to severe knee osteoarthritis bone on bone Waiting for the surgeon to give me new knees I am using the bathroom vanity and I am at approx 45 degrees to the floor I am up to about 30 reps Any advice on how to reduce my man boots? Tbh, i set a certain amount of reps i wanna hit each set, but when i hit it, if i can do more i increse the number without stopping until i just cant do anymore, so to failure but its more counting reps than a specific rep goal, but sometimes i feel like i cant go anymore but do a few for to end on a number ending with 0 like 60 is what i can normally hit, but a month ago when i first started i could only do 20 bim 15 btw/b Comment from : @huntermcadams7604 |
