I just tried this workout this morning It’s a solid workout plan but at the end, I can barely do BW dips (usually I do 10-12x20kg weighted on my PPL split) and handstand hold cus of my shoulder fatigue The volume in this workout is just so insane imo But apart from that my shoulder is burning real good 🔥💪 Comment from : @yoshxx1600 |

I have been work on the HSP aswell: I made some serious strength gains with V-presses, elevated pike push ups and handstand walks! Now doing one leg in the air with the pike Push ups hope to go to HSP negatives in Januari! Train smart people!
