Oh, of course, you pass from doing no pullups to do 15 in a row in half of a month Thats completly normal In fact i trained deadlift 3 WHOLE months and now im lifting 460kg with no straps cause thats how strenght works

Did this for a month Got a cramp and had to stop Did it again for 2 weeks(200 a day) got the same cramp in the other hand and had to stop Doing it again(100-150 a day) Would get this up to 300-400 a day(I guess Maybe more)brbrMy max in a go is 30 right now

Results take a long time to show, much longer than shown, ive been doing pull ups since nearly 3-4 months and Ive only noticed results after atleast 1-2 months, when the back muslces actually appear, your gonna notice difference in your grip strength earlier tho, dont give up and keep going!
