This is the first time I see a video recommending doing 100 push ups everyday I advise anyone to watch other videos to sharpen your opinion yourself br brI m not a professional at all but EVERY persons who work out advise to take at least 2 days of rest Bc your body can’t constantly work out It needs time to reconstruct itself or some biological thing you know And doing that many push ups is always pointed as useless Especially if you are a beginner Do less and better brbrI saw a comment of someone explaining how he got elbows injury after 2 weeks and couldn’t even do 20 push ups bc of the pain And how he had to change to 5 days of work out and 2 days of rest

you have to mix it up with variations that focus on different parts of the arm, just doing standard pushups will let the body normalize/routine it and you wont get much gains compared with you mix it up and trick your body
