I'll be doing this for 2 weeks straight I weigh 63 kg i have a slim thick body I want to have thinner legs so lets hope this works ! Okay I will do it for 4 months! ( I’m doing this with diet, with streches to get splits and other exercises )brStart:brWeight: 65,8kgbrHeight: 158cmbrThighs: 58cmbrGoal: 50-48cmbrGoal weight: 52kgbrDay 1:✅ It was so,so hard 🔥( I did only one set )brDay 2: ✅✅ it was hard but not as much as Day 1 and i did 2 sets ( btw I lost 0,8 kg! And now I’m 65,0kg😮)brDay 3: ✅ i did one set and it was not that hard like before and I’m so proud of myself!brDay 4: ✅OH MY GOD my weight now is 64,5kg! It’s working and I’m so happy!!
