Interesting video The one issue I find with a lot of self help videos like this is the person who believes they are experiencing these issues is presumed to be a clean slate without faults of their own at play in these situations although not the intent it could lead people to develop a victim mentality Would be good to see more consideration given to this- encouragement of self awareness, knowing when you're the one with certain issues that need to be addressed and knowing when the issues is with another Comment from : P K |

some therapists claim people have to engage in relationships with their relatives in order to have better relationships in life, I don't really understand this it apparently is just some kind of theory, but why continue to have interactions with people who have sadistic personality disorders it sounds like really bad advice frankly, it's like it benefits the therapist running their business but not the individual trying to change their life Comment from : Emma Louie |
