I realized all of this before it was too late The narcissist really set me up and I fell for it I’ve gone no contact but what do you do after you’ve fallen for their “mess” and they have lied and destroyed your name? How do you recover? How do you change your mindset? How do you come back from all of the hurt and lies? How how how? Tamara mam i have my own sociopath mother (great in gaslight and love bomb and guilt trip and liar and manipulative)and older narcissist sister (same as her)and so how can i come out of the trauma , i had read articles to cut some people off from my life , excersize , move out , have some friends but is there any advice would you like to give and can you make a video for positive reinforcement theory as it would help depressed people a lot more Comment from : only men |
