Could you clarify what you mean by 'close the door' on the good mornings? Also, I have really weak glutes, to the point it's hard to activate them Mostly due to being sedentary the past several years and working a desk job from home (sitting 10 hours straight with terrible posture) With my glutes doing little work, it's kind of like I sit down into my hips when I'm standing, if that makes any sense Which of your videos do you recommend to get my posterior chain firing again?
