thank you very much Tom!! I was able to touch my toes after doing the routine once!!! I was not able to touch my toes before!! it was a soft touch, but I am confident I will be able to hold my toes like you do in the pike squats soon!

Not gonna lie this is the craziest thing ever to me I know i have poor flexability but i never understood how poor till i tried to do this while following along All of the exerciser were near impossible just to get into and I started sweating during the first one while sitting down Crazy

im so glad i found your channel, i recently joined kickboxing club and as i saw how everyone was flexible compared to me it really motivated me to start stretching, i did this routine a few times and already seeing results and it makes me really happy to continue stretching even more, i want to become as flexible as you one day

wat is the best way to keep a straight back during these stretches? I normally tend to curve my back whenever I try and go deeper into a stretch, especially the final stretch My overall hip flexibility is terrible, but I was hoping these could help, though it feels like I'm not able to hit the right group because of my back bending

Thank you Tom I practice yoga and my downward dogs would look more like planks lol so I’ve been doing your hamstring routine every other day in addition to my yoga It’s helping a lot I can almost get my fingers underneath my toes in the forward fold I’m going to keep going

this routine is really really hard i 've tried to do it 3 times now and never been able to finish it from the pain i even yell out loud from the pain and i don't know if i should keep trying to do it everyday as much as i can handle or should i just quit and try to see what's the problem that causes me such pain and try to solve it ? ps : i'm healthy person and don't have any disability and i do weights workouts frequently but when it comes to flexibility i literally feel like a stone brand don't know what to do :"""(

I have a question and I would be very grateful for your answerbrbrFirst of all I would like to thank you so much for your channel It's one of these that helps me, motivates me and keeps me going Thank you so muchbrbrYou said that we should be patient and keep working on about 2-3 times per week I have a challenge ahead of me and to accomplish it I have about 2 months so it's not much time I'm working out about 4 hours every day with flexing and stretching 3/4 days a week I also workout to keep muscle mass and about 2/3 times a week a run a littlebrbrShould I slow down to make better progress or is that ok if I can handle it and keep going? I mean how much regeneration my body REALLY needs when we talk about making planche, lsit to vsit or doing front split?brbrThank you once again and I hope you are still open to answer your watchers :) wish you all the best

I've been doing this 2nd day in a row and I started from literally zero, my flexibility was just non-existent but today when I sat down after doing this routine my legs felt so well stretched and I felt so amazing and proud of myself I almost cried lol Well that means it works, so thank you for your work!
