wat is the best way to keep a straight back during these stretches? I have a question and I would be very grateful for your answerbrbrFirst of all I would like to thank you so much for your channel It's one of these that helps me, motivates me and keeps me going Thank you so muchbrbrYou said that we should be patient and keep working on about 2-3 times per week I have a challenge ahead of me and to accomplish it I have about 2 months so it's not much time I'm working out about 4 hours every day with flexing and stretching 3/4 days a week I also workout to keep muscle mass and about 2/3 times a week a run a littlebrbrShould I slow down to make better progress or is that ok if I can handle it and keep going? I've been doing this 2nd day in a row and I started from literally zero, my flexibility was just non-existent but today when I sat down after doing this routine my legs felt so well stretched and I felt so amazing and proud of myself I almost cried lol Well that means it works, so thank you for your work!
