Chin up does help to grow your biceps muscles but the growth won't be maximum Anyone who does bicep curls only and decides to incorporate chin ups will notice muscle growth and anyone who only does chin up for bicep and decides to incorporate curls will see muscle growth Regional hypertrophy every exercise grows certain part of a specific muscle If i had to choose one exercise to save my life out of curls and chin up, i would definitely choose chin ups not because it grows the bicep bigger, it is because chin ups will build bigger upper body while curls only build the small muscle of biceps It is good thing we don't have to choose one DO BOTH Comment from : @jamaljamal5936 |
