I am struggling to comprehend how starting off you can do the 100 push ups a day for 30 days from the get go I started a trial a few weeks ago and after 10 or so my arms were so sore, no way could I do 90 more Is it not working up to 100 a day? It's about genetics as well! You could do 1000 push ups a day and gain no muscle if you have bad genetics for muscle growth! Each person is different but at least he shows dedication! And that's more important in anything in life not just push ups! Good job Comment from : James Motter |
