You build huge work capacity through high reps I usually do about 400 pushups a day Usually in one session and never feel sore you just adapt to It Even "egolofting" and trying to go to failure for several attepmts no soreness I think the best thing about these types of training, dayly pushups, pullups, etc is that It builds a base for other kinds of training, lets say big lifts Comment from : @ivanmunozherrera8993 |

I started doing a set of dips and pull-ups every morning after walking my dog Nothing crazy Just to get a good pump It’s a game changer I have more energy and can push myself harder (within reason) during my structured workouts I’m not as sore and most of my aches and pains went away And I’m much leaner too Comment from : @brandonrichard3634 |

The idea of practicing the movment, doesn't matter what you are doing, has helped me imensly I no longer even push myself even close to fauliur on regular training days and just focus on clean and consice reps, I still do max attempt days but those are like once or twice a month Comment from : @pipmeyer2238 |

I was in the army for 9 years, I was an airborne Infantryman with 6 total deployments during my time I know a thing or 2 about push-ups and I would say push-ups atone point will get you big and strong but in the long run all it does is build endurance thats it Think about it,if you curl 40lbs daily at first you'll build muscle once your body gets use to that it will build endurance because you have to do more to get the same feeling aka pump br Overall though push-ups area good way to stay in shape its a base line strength and conditioning excersise Comment from : @marc2638 |
