I am beginning to not like to go to the gym anymore, because workouts simply take too damn long I am 35 and I don't have the time I used to as a teen brbrSo, I guess what I will do is, have a maximum of 4 exercises for legs and all other body parts I will have at least on exercise per musclegroup, so shoulders its three, back it's four I think, etc I will however break them into different days

It's exactly like Mike mentzer said, we all heal at a different speed Some people heal in 3 weeks and some people heal in 3 days Also depends if you were maxing out each repetition or not You have to find out how long it takes your body to heal after each session It takes me exactly two days to heal after each session You will know when you are no longer sore at all That will be when you start your next sessionbrEdit: Also, it takes about 3 weeks for your muscles to start deteriorating

That study doesn't understand growth Growth only happens during lactic build up Remember lactic burn only happens during the last few reps of a set so whats the point in doing so many sets There is none
