not true at all Pull ups everyday for a short duration like a month or so would be beneficial, nucleus Search it up But you can't do it for long and you should take breaks, some best results produced from training everyday, but its not super intense everyday its lighter etc,

When I was a high school collegiate athlete I used to 3 sets of 12 for the big 4 lifts and auxiliary workouts EODbrSure I was strong but I was fatigued and achy af brbrI still do the same workout but more rest and my muscles get fuller right around that 36 hour mark that’s when I start feelin my self in the mirror brbrIt suck’s cuz I want to go to the gym more frequent but it really do hinder growth and recovery
