Best advice to do pull ups:brLose weight and have a number to work toward Example: If you want to do 10 pullups and you can only do 1 pullup, do 10 sets of one If you can do 2 pullups, do 5 sets of 2 etc I am 64 and my number is 50 pullups I usually do 3 sets of 10 One set of 10 with 25 lbs strapped on and 2 sets of 5 with 45 lbs Comment from : The Watcher |
