No no I mean I’m not an expert like hampton but I think you should like do pre requisites first :) just in case this is what you were worried about! This was my concern before Like my joints , would they be okay lol Like warm up, good form and build strength w easier exercises first Don’t be crazy for right now ! brbrSomeone I know was worried about his bar breaking I guess just thoroughly check the specs of your bar too if that’s the concern :) not all of them are made equal and be cautious about playing in those public monkey bars for kids lol (I live in Asia so these are pretty small if they’re for kids Idk how it is in other places) Comment from : Petit bleu poudre |

I'm fairly overweight and when I started practicing pullups, I could barely hold the bar for 2 seconds But, I've been practicing, and without losing all that much fat in about 2 months I'm SO close Just can't seem to get that last bit, so I do a few negatives from the top and that seems to have helped get me closer Hopefully I'll have my full range of motion in another month, but either way I'm WAAAAY stronger than I was, and I think the extra weight was a bit of a blessing in that sense Every single failed pull-up is basically a 1RM :P Comment from : Chad_Thundernuts |
