Also, for the recommended when your working out 3-5 weeks make sure your body gets rest at any moment you feel like it needs rest and 2nd I command if you trying this workout trying to get butt and small waist and everything obove I recommend you eat healthy like for the people that don't like chicken and stuff please eat that like avocados if yall want yall body to grow like here's it best to ea healthy your body ain't gonna grow nun if you ain't eating healthy I mean it's a 1 it might but my opinion do what's best!
